Procedure for Sending your Phone to us

If you are sending your repair to us then please click on the repair form link in step 3, print off the repair for and fill in. If there is anything you are unsure about, please contact us for help.

 

STEP 1

Obtain a free quote via email or phone

 STEP 2

PDF Repair Form – print off and fill in the form or alternatively insert a small note explaining your fault, any price you have been quoted along with your name, address and contact number.

STEP 3

Remove sim card & any other accessories – Please send with battery. If you are experiencing charging issues or your phone is dead, please send your charger also.

STEP 4

Package the phone securely along with the repair form.

STEP 5

Send using a secure service of your choice (If using Royal Mail, we recommend recorded delivery and special delivery)

STEP 6

On arrival your phone will be booked in and assigned to an engineer.

STEP 7

Turn around is approx. 3 working days. PLEASE NOTE: We do not guarantee a turnaround within 3 working days. 90% of our repairs are completed in 3 working days, depending on diagnosis, part availability and a successful quality control process. There is still no charge for this but please be patient while we complete your repair.

STEP 8

If for any reason the repair will cost more than the quote, we will contact you first, we never carry out repairs that have exceeded the original quote without your consent. If unsuccessful, there will be no charge for the time spent attempting the repair, as we operate a strict ‘no fix, no fee policy’ however there will be a small £7.99 fee to return the device, alternatively, leave it with us & we will dispose & recycle the phone for you.

STEP 9

When your repair is complete and has passed QC, we will contact you to arrange payment and your phone will be sent to dispatch, securely packaged up and sent back to you.
